The sun’s out and it’s finally summer, but don’t forget to check in with yourself at one of Chicago’s many yoga studios! Working out doesn’t have to be boring with these options:

Corepower Yoga

Also known as the “Starbucks of Yoga,” Corepower Yoga has exploded ever since its creation in 2002. It mixes all three main styles of yoga (Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa) and puts a twist on them. These classes are a must-do: Corepower 1 & 2, Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt! https://www.corepoweryoga.com/

SUP Yoga

Don’t want to be stuck inside a studio all summer to find your flow? Then don’t, Chicago’s got you covered…or rather, Chicago SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board). Starting July 16, they are offering a yoga paddle board experience on Saturday’s and Sundays at 9am at Ohio Street Beach! All classes are held in shallow waters so make sure you wear your swimsuit and are ready to get wet. What better way to meditate than with the view of the skyline and beach! https://www.chicagosup.com/

AIR Aerial Fitness

This yoga class binds ballet, Pilates, HIIT, yoga and aerial silks all in one! Don’t be intimidated by the pictures of students high in the air in intricate poses…that will be you in no time. The class consists of a 30-minute core workout, a flow vinyasa recovery and then aerial silks training.  http://www.airfitnow.com/
