Sifr

The first weekend of Chicago Restaurant Week 2025 has come and gone. But don’t worry, it runs through Feb. 9, giving you plenty of time to dive into the city’s vibrant culinary scene. This annual event provides an opportunity to explore a variety of restaurants, from hidden gems to renowned dining destinations.

We’ve already shared some of our favorites, but with more than 470 participating spots across the city, we felt more were necessary. If you haven’t made your plans yet, here are more restaurants that you won’t want to miss.

Sifr

The $60 dinner at Middle Eastern standout Sifr starts with house pickles or hummus for the table. Choose a second course of kebabs, scallops or mushrooms, with the main dish of branzino or roasted chicken (pictured above). For dessert, the date pudding is topped with hazelnuts and salted caramel ice cream. Last year, the River North restaurant earned a spot on Michelin’s Bib Gourmand list.

Lyra

Inspired by their travels through the islands of Greece, partners David Rekhson and Luke Stoioff brought their knowledge of Greek cuisine to Fulton Market. This year, Lyra is offering guests a three-course dinner for $60, featuring fresh and favorite dishes like the Wagyu meatballs (pictured below), cast iron eggplant and, for dessert, loukoumades. For an additional $35 per person, Lyra will pair the right drink to go with dinner with their cocktail pairing menu.

The Dearborn

While exploring the Loop, have lunch at The Dearborn, a New American spot. The $30 meal begins with a Maryland-style blue crab soup in a tomato-based broth, followed by a pulled pork sandwich. Leave on a sweet note thanks to the salted caramel brownie skillet. For an extra $15, The Dearborn offers wine pairings on two courses.

Fioretta

Paying homage to the Italian-American immigrants, Fioretta blends steakhouse flare with Southern Italian cuisine. For Restaurant Week, this elegant Fulton Market spot highlights what they do best: traditional Italian cuisine with innovative flavors. Guests can choose from meatballs, baked clams or burrata and grilled peppers for the first course. The star of the second course options is the seven-ounce hand-cut filet mignon. With options to enhance your experience with additional sides and substitutions, you can alter your experience to your liking for $60 per person.

Kindling

Start the $45 dinner at Kindling in the Willis Tower with the crispy Brussels sprouts with Thai chili sauce and mint. Move on to the rotisserie chicken cooked in the live-fire hearth in the center of the restaurant. Indulge with a take on Chicago tradition with the Frango mint chocolate cake.

Bandit

Blending the comfort and charm of a local neighborhood bar with upscale, chef-driven dishes, Bandit is offering both $30 brunch and $45 dinner specials for Chicago Restaurant Week 2025. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m., where guests can choose their brunch beverage to start the morning strong. Options for the two courses include classics like avocado toast and chilaquiles.

Dinner kicks off with a cocktail of your choice, then moves to classic, yet elevated, bar food favorites like kale and artichoke dip, Nashville hot chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. End the night with ice cream or Bandit’s original “brownie campfire.”

Siena Tavern

“Rooted in Italy, raised in Chicago,” Siena Tavern welcomes guests for a $30 lunch or a $60 dinner for Chicago Restaurant Week 2025. Start your lunch with traditional Italian dishes like burrata, Tuscan Caesar salad or spiced squash soup. For the main course, guests can choose from the tavern burger, chicken sandwich or rigatoni alla vodka.

For dinner, the first of the three courses starts with guests’ choice of spiced squash soup, grilled octopus, or Wagyu beef meatballs. The second course includes the same favorite Italian dishes from the lunch menu. Entrées from the third course include rigatoni alla vodka, cacio e pepe, or brick chicken diavolo. If you saved room for dessert, make your pick between tiramisu zabaione or bomboloni.

Farm Bar

With locations in Lakeview and Ravenswood, Farm Bar sources many of its ingredients from its own farm in Southern Wisconsin. Start the $45 dinner with cheese curds before moving on to the pork ragu or pot roast. A decadent dark chocolate gelato awaits at dessert. A $30 lunch is available at both, with Ravenswood adding a brunch.
