Located right off the beautiful 606 Trail in Bucktown, this recipe-testing kitchen brings a new breakfast twist to the neighborhood. Here, diners get to play a part in sampling wish-list concepts while enjoying unfettered access to the culinary creative process. What may wind up on menus at Yolk’s seven area locations? You get to be a judge.
Coffee Bar
Unlike traditional Yolk restaurants, the layout of this concept is different. In addition to a seated dining experience, guests can enjoy a full coffee bar and grab-and-go items for those doing the trail. Complete with a space to work, and even a full bar, the test kitchen model carries over here, too, offering partners like Metropolis Coffee to product test their latest and greatest.
Your Voice Matters
To round out the experience guests are invited to leave their feedback on what they loved (or didn’t) on a giant chalkboard wall.
