Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit

When: Now through September 6th

Where: Lighthouse ArtSpace at Germania Club

What: Take a step out of the real world and into Van Gogh’s world. With illuminating projectors filling every inch of space with his beautiful artwork, you are sure to get an immersive experience like no other. This experience will truly leave you in awe. 

Fillet of Solo Festival 

When: Now through February 28th 

Where: Online!

What: Join Lifeline Theater for the 24th annual Fillet of Solo Festival this month. Listen to 15 powerful and personal story collectives as well as 14 solo performances all in a 3 -week online gallery! With artists from all around the world, you will certainly gain some new perspectives and learn a lot.

Nom Nom: 40 Years of Pac Man Design and History

When: Now through May 30th

Where: Chicago Gamespace 

What: As if one of these awesome exhibits wasn’t enough, this event has two! The first is called the Video Game History Collection, where you can learn and play the most influential games of the 20th century, and the second centers around playing console and arcade games from Pac-Man history! Not only can you play, but you can also learn about what makes Pac-Man one of the world’s most recognizable brands.  

Bisa Butler: Portraits

When: Now through September 6th 

Where: The Art Institute 

What: Bisa Butler is an amazing artist who creates textiles inspired by black marginalization. Her devotion led her to be the first solo museum exhibit with over 20 portraits, and the beauty within her artwork has storytelling abilities that you don’t want to miss out on. 

Late Great Nocturnal Night at NPV

When: February 26th through March 26th

Where: North Park Village Nature Center Park

What: Take a hike to remember as the stars come out and the nocturnal animals come to life! The park will stay open a little later for those who tend to be a little bit busier during the day, so pick a night and then figure out who else you should invite. Nature is waiting for you. 

The Magic Parlour at Home

When: Now through March 27th

Where: Online!

What: Bring the magic to your home TV with captivating tricks from David Watkins. Feel like a kid again as you witness a show like no other. This event will definitely spark your imagination and leave you feeling astonished!
