Labor Day weekend is fast approaching. Three whole days to yourself. So how are you going to spend them? Chicago has plenty of things going on this weekend, so why not enjoy yourself at some of these great events. This week is no exception, there is always something to do in the windy city.
African Festival of Arts
Enjoy authentic African arts, crafts, and music at this simulated African Village. There will be some film and live performances in addition to the great food and atmosphere. Pop in if you get the chance.

The Great American Lobster Fest
This festival takes place at Navy Pier all weekend. What could be better than 3 days of seafood at the Pier? Even if you don’t like lobster, there is still plenty of things to do at the Pier. Check out our blog for more on the Great American Lobster Fest.
North Coast Music Festival
This weekend music festival is held on the Northerly Island, hence the name. Reserve your lawn, floor, or VIP tickets as soon as you possibly can. There will be a wide range of musicians and styles performing so be sure to check out their schedule.
