They are teaming up to craft their own spin on the beloved Italian Beef Sandwich, inspired by the one and only Mr. Beef— the legendary beef stand that has been dishing out some of Chicago’s finest since the 1960s.

On these special days, you can indulge in the ultimate Italian Beef Sandwich experience starting at 11am, while supplies last. Rob Levitt and Greg Wade are putting their expertise in butchering and bread-making to work, offering you a “Publican Quality” take on this quintessential Chicago sandwich.
