Check out archival footage, over 300 original artifacts, and new interviews from some of TVs biggest rock & roll moments like The Beatles’ appearance on Ed Sullivan Show, the formation of MTV, and the popularity of variety shows like Sonny & Cher.
From American Bandstand to TRL
Outfits and footage and instruments – oh my! Feast your eyes on some of music’s most iconic pieces of history like the outfits worn by the Jackson Five in their “I Want You Back” performance on Hollywood Palace, Dick Clark’s original microphone on American Bandstand, artifacts from the very first video to air on MTV, and Cyndi Lauper’s dress from the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” video.
