Timothy O’Toole’s Pub in Streeterville will join “forces” with the Star Wars Celebration, coming to Chicago’s McCormick Place this April. From Thursday, April 11 to Monday, April 15, O’Toole’s will offer an array of libations and dishes perfect for local Star Wars fans and those visiting from a galaxy far, far away.
Corey Grupe’s menu includes the “Wampa-nator” and “Ewoking on Sunshine” burgers, BB-8 My Other Taco (individual tacos), The Original Trilogy dips, and Gamorrean Guard pulled pork sandwich. Pair your Jedi fare with a bevy of Battle Brews (Revolution Vanilla Deth; Revolution Sun Crusher; 3 Floyds Space Station) and Clone Wars cocktails (Lightsaber; Vaderita; Dark Side; The Force). O’Toole’s is open Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-3 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 a.m. The kitchen remains open until 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and 2:30 a.m. on the weekends.
