Tap into autumn this Friday, Sept. 11, with Shoreline Sightseeing’s second annual Hard Cider Tasting Cruise. As you take in views of Chicago’s incredible skyline, the 90-minute cruise will also include a brief tutorial on the characteristics of each cider sampling paired with appetizers designed to bring out the distinct flavor of the individual cider brews.
Among the experts will be returning guests, Uncle John’s Cider and Artisanal Imports, as well as new guests Fresh Coast Distributors. Each will share a few of their favorite seasonal ciders.
The cruise will depart from Shoreline’s dock at Polk Bros Park at the Southwest corner of Navy Pier at 7:30 p.m., returning at 9 p.m. Boarding will begin at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $39 per person (must be 21+) and may be purchased here: http://shorelinesightseeing.com/special-events/.
