Movies in the Park are back!

Share

This summer in Chicago has thrown a curve ball at everyone to say the least, but look on the bright side! Some of our favorite summertime activities are possible with social distancing— one of those being Movies in the Park! Chicago might have a late start on Movies in the Park this year, but a variety of neighborhood parks are offering movies from now until early September! From Disney movies to family classics, there are movies for everyone to enjoy throughout Chicago this summer!

In order to maintain social distancing, only 100 people are allowed at each screening, so be sure to get to the park early to secure your spot. Admission is free, but there will not be free popcorn as there has been in previous summers but that does not mean you can’t bring your own snacks. Public restrooms will be closed, so be sure to take care of that ahead of time. Pack up your lawn chairs and blankets because Chicago’s parks are ready for you!
