On January 19th, head to the Field Museum to celebrate Chicago’s acclaimed culinary scene with First Bites Bash, the official kick-off event for Chicago Restaurant Week.
If you get your tickets now (we were told they are selling very fast!), this is what you will be doing at this amazing event:
- Enjoy gourmet bites from more than 50 Chicago restaurants.
- Sip wine, beer, and spirits from top brands.
- Explore select exhibits after hours inside the iconic Field Museum.
This year’s esteemed Host Chef is Darnell Reed of Luella’s Southern Kitchen.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Kitchen Possible, a local organization that strives to build empowered mindsets in children through cooking, and the James Beard Foundation Scholarship Program, which supports a local Chicago-based student pursuing a culinary career path.
