It’s that time of year when for some reason we seek to scare ourselves sleepless. Well you’ll have plenty of late nights when you visit Disturbia: Screams in the Park in Rosemont.
The award-winning haunted house Disturbia in Addison, Ill. and the hair-raising Screams in the Park in Rosemont, Ill. have joined forces to create a horror experience like no other. This year the haunted house comes with new sets, characters, floorplans, and haunts to get you gripping your friend’s arm until they start to lose circulation.
There are usually two types of people who go into haunted houses. The first type walks through it normally jumping at every scare and stopping at every turn. The other type pretty much looks down the whole time and tries to walk through as fast as possible to reduce the fright to a minimum. If you’re the second type good luck because not only is this haunted house long but it’s tricky. This year there are two new sections. At the Insane Clown Asylum your escape is completely dependent on the decisions you make while traversing the mental institution filled with crazy clowns. The Cavern of Darkness presents a completely dark maze where you have to rely on everything except your sight to get out.
