Earlier during the pandemic, this group launched a nationwide meal-kit delivery program called One Off At Home where households from across the country got to experience extraordinary dishes from Chicago’s best.
Executive chef/partner Paul Kahan saw amazing success from this event, and now he is launching a Culinary Greats Series through One Off At Home! Who are these culinary greats you might ask? They are none other than the chefs who have inspired Kahan the most throughout the years!
Five highly acclaimed chefs from across the country will participate in this national delivery service for just three weeks each. The menus will feature their most iconic dishes, and they will only be available through One Off At Home, so make sure you take advantage of this one-of-a-kind opportunity!

Who: Aarón Sánchez: chef and owner of Johnny Sánchez in New Orleans, founder of the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship Fund, judge on FOX’s MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, James Beard Award winner and three-time author
When: April 12th – May 2nd
Who: Jonathan Waxman: chef and owner of Barbuto and Jams in New York City, Adele’s in Nashville and Baffi in Atlanta, three-time cookbook author and James Beard Award winner
When: May 3rd – May 23rd
Who: Nina Compton: chef and owner of Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro in New Orleans, James Beard Award winner and Top Chef finalist
When: May 24th – June 13th
Who: Chris Cosentino: chef and co-owner of Delicious MFG & CO — including Jackrabbit in Portland, Acacia House in Napa Valley, and Rosalie in Houston — as well as a cookbook author and winner of Top Chef Masters
Every One Off At Home meal is guaranteed to be fresh since every kit will use insulated liners and ice packs. Also, all of the proceeds from this event will go to a charity of the chef’s choice, so you can have something to feel good about as you enjoy the magical flavors of these delicious dishes!
