Andersonville

Over 50 vendors are located in Andersonville, and on this beautiful stretch you’ll be able to find anything from clothing to beautiful pieces from local artists. Our favorites include the AlleyCat Comics with dozens of comic books, board games and figurines – it’s the hot spot for all comic book junkies.

Armitage-Halsted

If you’re looking for something a little more relaxed, check out the Armitage and Halsted area in Lincoln Park. Not only can you take the L there to avoid a parking fiasco, it’s the perfect place for a more low-key shopping experience. Enjoy shops like Lush, Art Effect, and the Tie Bar.

Gold Coast

Chicago’s mecca for upscale finds, Gold Coast is home to a variety of popular brands like Gucci, Vans, Christian Louboutin, Away, and more. Head to this area and the ever popular Oak Street Boutiques to peruse the shops and stop for a bite at the famous Gibsons or Tavern on Rush!

Magnificent Mile

Not only does the Magnificent Mile on Michigan Ave. contain the water tower with dozens of shops in itself, but it also contains any store you can think of from high-end apparel to all sorts of electronics. Bonus: The Mag Mile is filled with restaurants and bars, so stop for casual drink, a juicy steak, or a quick pizza in between bargain hunting!

Wicker Park

Looking for some vintage shops, records and antiques? Then Wicker Park is the place to be! With tons of indie shops, thrift shops and record stores you’ll find some of the most unique gifts in this area. Don’t forget to check out Big Star after for some to-die-for tacos and margaritas to top the day off!

State Street

Home of the iconic Marshall Fields (now Macy’s), State Street is another area that will fit all of your needs. Shopping for the whole family? You will for sure be able to hit a one stop shopping

destination here – plus take in awesome photo ops!
