Flor Sigaran Chicago Athletic Association Hotel

Zoolights at the Lincoln Park Zoo always get me in the holiday mood. Concentrated lights and music are great. And the fact that you can still walk into the animal houses and see the critters at night is so fun!

Alex Yu Peninsula Chicago

For those who have the grace and balance, the ice skating Sky Rink at The Peninsula Hotel is absolutely stunning with all of the lights and decorations! ChicagoInsiders tip: Warm up with a delicious meal after at Shanghai Terrace across the street!

Judy Sunvold Loyola University Chicago

I love taking pictures and capturing some of nature’s beautiful artwork, or the city scape. Especially around the holidays when the large christmas tree is hung in Millenium Park, it’s the perfect photo op!

Marcus Hollis Omni Hotel

Drinking hot coco and watching the ice skaters at the Maggie Daley Park is always a fun past time! The rink is a twisting ribbon so it’s fascinating to watch if you’re not much of a skater, and the holiday music is always soothing.
