This Wednesday, September 28th, Chicago chefs are coming together to raise money for Puerto Rico. Proceeds will go towards World Central Kitchen, who is on the frontlines in Puerto Rico providing warm meals to those devastated by the hurricane.

A week after raising $110,000 for the victims of the humanitarian crisis in Ethiopia, more than 30 of Chicago’s top chefs are now focused on helping the people of flood-ravaged Puerto Rico.

After the devastating events of Hurricane Fiona people were left with limited resources and infrastructures destroyed.

Under the leadership of Chef Tony Priolo, Chef Sarah Stegner, Darren Gest, and Eda Davidman—in conjunction with Jodi Fyfe of The Paramount Group, Billy and Veronica Ocasio of the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture, and Yvonne Cadiz-Kim—the Chicago Chefs Cook organization invites you to attend a chef-curated tasting event to be held on September 28th from 6 to 9 PM at the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture.
