Get ready to treat yourself to beer, barbecue, and country tunes this weekend because the annual Windy City Smokeout has returned.
Held on Grand Avenue at the Chicago River (560 W. Grand Ave.), the focal point of this three day festival is the ‘cue. Sample the best finger-lickin’, smokey eats from 13 of the finest pitmasters nationwide and wash it down with sudsy brews from the abundance of local and national breweries participating this year.
Get ready to get down with the best of country music featuring both world-renowned artists and up-and-coming talent. This year’s headliners include country music sensations Jake Owen, Kip Moore, and Lee Brice. Additionally, there’ll be tons of fun programming when you take a break from eating and dancing, like a Myron Mixon Cooking School, a Crawfish Boil & Oyster Roast, a whole hog brunch, and a happy hour hosted by Budweiser.
