As though Blue Man Group could get any more unique and exciting, the Chicago team has put together a one-time-only, first-of-its-kind variety show experience on August 26. Featuring the Blue Men (sans blue!) and talented local artists, the Spillover Salon is your chance to see experimental, untested material from the performers and offer immediate feedback and input to the show.
Not only will the Blue Men be “out of blue” – a hyper-rare occurrence – the performance will be a collaborative show that features emcee and comedienne Carly Kane, as well as comedian Billie Bullock, glamour clown Lucky Stiff, comedy group Shrimp Boys Sketch, and rhythmic hoop artist and performer Emily Perkul8or. The show offers an inside look into Blue Man Group’s roots and experimental performance art.
The event is 18+ and tickets are just $10. IDs will be checked upon entry and all tickets are general admission so get there early for close seats! In addition to checking out this one-of-a-kind performance, attendees 21+ will receive a free beer in partnership with Empirical Brewery. Tickets are available here.
