A more flavorful and elevated Chicago dining experience is waiting for you at Navy Pier as two popular Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) restaurant concepts have recently opened.

Big Bowl Chinese Express and Frankie’s Pizza by the Slice are part of the new food experience (formerly the South Arcade) that will include a newly-created and expansive communal area, unrestricted views of the waterfront, and Wi-Fi access. Big Bowl and Frankie’s are the first among a number of well-known restaurants and purveyors that will update the overall Navy Pier quick service dining experience.

Frankie’s Pizza by the Slice is an extension of Frankie’s 5th Floor Pizzeria located at 900 N. Michigan Ave.  Chris “Big Frankie” Favero, created a pizza crust that takes an American spin on the traditional Neapolitan pizza. Frankie’s at Navy Pier features delicious pizzas offered both by the slice, as well as in individual pan pizzas, a variety of hot sandwiches, and Frankie’s frozen lemonade.

Big Bowl, offering authentic Thai and Chinese food, has been a local favorite since its first Chicago location in 1996. Big Bowl only uses the highest quality ingredients – naturally-raised chicken and beef, heritage pork, sustainable seafood, and locally grown produce – whenever possible. Big Bowl at Navy Pier features some of the most popular dishes found at the restaurant and all items will be prepared from scratch for guests.
