Today marks the 12th Annual Concierge Day in Chicago, today we recognize the hard work of this community and celebrate their contributions and dedication to providing an incredible experience while visiting Chicago.
We’d like to give Mayor Lori Lightfoot a special thank you for working with us to make this happen, and continuing to recognize the hard work and positive impact that the concierge and guest services community has on Chicago’s tourism industry.
Due to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, it is now more important than ever to recognize the importance of this group of professionals as they work hard to show Chicago’s visitors an incredible experience while in our city.
