Shoreline Sightseeing and Paulina Market will present their annual Beer, Brats and Boats Oktoberfest celebration and cruise on Thursday, Sept. 20.
The evening will feature a classic German dinner provided by the staff of Chicago’s own Paulina Market and a selection of Oktoberfest brews, including a free drink with souvenir beer stein. The popular Paloma Band will be on hand dressed in their traditional Oktoberfest finest and ready to involve everyone on board in an evening of enthusiastic German-themed singing and dancing. Guests are invited to don their best dirndl or lederhosen to join in the Oktoberfest fun.
Oktoberfest festivities will take place on a starlit, two-hour cruise on Chicago’s waterways. Full beverage service will be available for purchase onboard. The Oktoberfest Cruise departs Polk Bros Park at Navy Pier 7 p.m., returning 9 p.m. Boarding will begin at 6:45 p.m. Tickets $59. Must be 21; ID required.
