The 13th annual Chicago Toy and Game Fair (ChiTAG), the largest toy and game fair in the U.S. open to the public, returns to Navy Pier’s Festival Hall this weekend (Nov. 21-22).

Fair attendees will have the opportunity to explore the booths of more than 100 toy and game exhibitors—including SpinMaster, Mayfair Games, Hasbro, Uncle Milton, Razor, and more—offering a jam-packed weekend chock-full of discovery, interactive events, playful contents, and an overall extravaganza of holiday fun for people of all ages.

Some highlights of this year’s ChiTAG include:

  • Young Inventor Challenge: Children from the ages of 6 to 18 are encouraged to use their creativity to make and showcase their own original toy and game inventions. There is no fee to enter, and this free experience provides kids with the opportunity to receive invaluable advice on their inventions from toy and game companies and industry insiders. Winning inventors will take home exciting grand prizes. The event takes place on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Star Wars Luncheon: One of the fair’s most popular events, enjoy a buffet lunch of R2D2 Dogs, Chewbacca Nachos, and Jabba the Punch while you can take photos and interact with characters from the Star Wars 501 Legion: Vader’s First, and perhaps even win special prizes and giveaways. The luncheon takes place on Nov. 21 from noon to 1 p.m. and costs $36 (ages 13+) and $30 (kids 0-12). Purchase tickets here.

Tickets are $10 for adults (13+) and $5 for children (ages 3-12), available now at ChiTAGfair.com. Fair hours are Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
