During the Chicago winter time, I can’t get enough of chicken parmesan, and the best you can have is at Mia Francesca (I’m a frequent customer of the one in Lakeview). Breaded chicken and fresh pasta topped with some of the best sauce and cheese you could hope for. This dish is where it’s at! It’s filling and warm but not too heavy. And the perfect comfort food to eat on a cold Chicago night enjoyed with a glass of great Pinot Noir.
