Hoping to secure the best spot to catch the spectacular action? Forgo the blanket-in-sand routine and bring the family out to Navy Pier for some prime vantage points. From the Miller Lite Beer Garden—that will be hosting live entertainment all weekend long—to a ride in the new Centennial Wheel, there’s no shortage of ways to take in the sights, sounds of the rumbling jet engines, and to just soak up the summer sun this weekend.

If you’re looking to get in the water yourself, make sure to take advantage of one of the special Air and Water Show dining cruises aboard  the Mystic BlueOdyssey or Spirit of Chicago. all of which depart from Navy Pier. For something more casual, the observation decks aboard Shoreline Sightseeing tours offers incredible views with frequent departures daily this weekend from the Pier.
