Chicago Summer Dance

Chicago Summer Dance, offered Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in Grant Park, is an opportunity for you to bust a move on the dance floor. With free instructional lessons and 48 different live bands and DJs you’ll be samba-ing your way across the giant dance floor in no time! Or, for those with two left feet, you can sit back and just enjoy the music.

Movies in the Park

Grab your popcorn, blankets, and lawn chairs and head out to the nearest park to catch a flick! From old school classics like Blues Brothers and Ghostbusters to newer blockbusters like Rogue One and Kung Fu Panda 3, there is always a movie for everyone in the family to enjoy. Ask your concierge for the best place to view!

Tuesday’s on the Terrace

Take in some jazz and funky art at the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Tuesday’s on the Terrace. With live jazz performances from 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. you can discover a Chicago jazz phenom or an up-and-coming artist. With plenty of food options available, you’ll be able to sit outside and let the music and summer breeze carry you away.

Family Game Night

On your mark, get set, scooter! Visit Maggie Daley Park select nights in June and July for Family Game Night on the Skating Ribbon. Grab your rollerblades or scooters (you can rent them if you don’t have your own) for some relay races and obstacle courses. There will also be chalk drawing, face painting, and more.

Music at the Patio

Experience local musicians in their natural habitat, making music for all to enjoy at the Lincoln Park Zoo. The Patio at Cafe Brauer, located at the Zoo’s Nature Boardwalk, features musicians from the Chicago area performing free acoustic sets. With local food and beer, this event is fun for animals of all ages.
