This James Beard Award winning restaurant at the Chicago Athletic Association is designed to be modern without forgetting the historical architecture attached to the building. Take a moment from marveling at the design to chew on some of the dishes that are also inspired by some of the menus from the 1890s like the 30-day dry-aged prime 20 oz. bone-in ribeye, pomegranate glazed roasted leg of lamb, skate wing, and natural aged lacquered duck.
