Brooklyn Brewery Mash Tour Stops in Chicago

Brooklyn Brewery Mash Tour

Bar crawls, beer festivals, beer dinners, and concerts are all being re-imagined on the Brooklyn Brewery Mash Tour.

For four days Brooklyn Brewery is hosting a series of events involving food, live music, and beer across Chicago. The famous brewery is doing their own version of popular brewery events and has remodeled them as a beer mansion, neighborhood immersion, dinner with friends, and free concert.

Dinner with Friends

TWO, 1132 W. Grand Ave.
Thursday, Aug. 11, 6:30 p.m.
Brooklyn Brewery chef Andrew Gerson and Chicago chef Danny Espinoza join TWO executive chef Kevin Cuddihee in the kitchen for a five-course meal that includes fried lake smelt, summer squash medley, mussels, lamb ribs, tri-tip, and more. Enjoy it all with rare beers like the Bel Air Sour, Sorachi Ace, and The Discreet Charm of the Framboisie.

Timberland Presents: Mikal Cronin

Thalia Hall, 1807 S. Allport St.
Friday, Aug. 12, 7 p.m.
Free with RSVP
Not only will indie artist Mikal Cronin and Chicago natives Varsity and The Father Costume take the stage for free but the bars will be stocked with all kinds of Brooklyn Brewery beers.

Beer Mansion

1446 W. Kinzie St.
Saturday, Aug. 13, 5 p.m.
With beer mansion, Brooklyn Brewery skips the convention center and outdoor festival atmosphere for a mystery mansion with rooms filled with beer, live music, and food. The beer mansion will also have beers from Hopewell Brewing Company, Marz Community Brewing Company, Solemn Oath Brewery, and Aquanaut Brewing Company.

Pilsen Neighborhood Immersion

The Timberland Trailhead, 643 W. 18th St.
Sunday, Aug. 14, 12 p.m.
Forget the traditional bar crawl. At the Pilsen Neighborhood Immersion you’ll start your day at Brooklyn Brewery’s pop-up shop to check in and get a bundle of coupons that will get you lunch, beers, classes, discounts, and more. Grab lunch at Dusek’s, enter an arm wrestling tournament at Pl-zen, and grab a free beer at Simone’s as part of the immersion among other events.
