Rides and Attractions
Start with a twirl on the indoor Chicago Blackhawks Skating Rink, and don’t be worried if you’re not the next Michelle Kwan, it’s open to all skill-levels. You can bring your own ice skates, or rent them at the rink – it’s included with the price of a Premium Wristband. Next, hit one of the many slides or obstacle courses for a winter themed challenge.
For those looking for something a little more low-key, take a ride on the indoor Ferris Wheel for a beautiful view of the Winter WonderFest spread, or go for a spin on the beautifully decorate Kringle Carousel. Plus, all day long live entertainment will be provided on the Winter WonderStage, offering jugglers, magicians, and a variety of ethnic cultural fun for all ages.
Kids can enjoy everything from the Lighthouse ride, to an inflatable obstacle course called the Matterhorn Climb and Slide, to the adorable Reindeer Express Train Ride, an all-time family-favorite that takes passengers on a trackless train traveling around a lovely holiday village display.
Kids will also love the Arctic Wonder Obstacle Course, the Candy Cane Bouncer, and the Slippery Snowflake Slide, then save the best and sweetest activity for last and take them over to Pepsi’s Create-A-Cookie Cottage, where their creativity can run wild as they decorate holiday sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles!
Young children can also play in Winter WonderFest Jr., a special section for your more elf-sized kiddies – 46” and smaller. Winter WonderFest Jr. includes activities like the Gumball Bouncer, Snowball Blitz, and Tinsel Tunnels!
