Guests can stomp to the music of the Boney Goat Band for fun and charity at the Great Stone Hill Grape Stomp on August 9. Stone Hill Winery will sponsor the 31st annual Grape Stomp to help raise funds for River Bluff Industries, Inc., a non-profit sheltered workshop for the mentally and physically challenged in the Hermann area.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners of each age category, which includes 0-12, 13-19, 20-39, 40-55 and over 55. Special prizes will be awarded to the winners of the “Grand Stomp-Off” and the Grand Style Stomp-Off” competition. There’s a limited number of stompers, so the registration line forms early!
Registration for stompers begins at 11 a.m.; the Stomp begins at 1 p.m. Stomping fee–$5; Watching fee–$3.
