This free festival features nearly three dozen national, regional and local groups on five stages including Dona Oxford Band, Big George Brock and The Houserockers, Kenny Neal and Coco Montoya on Saturday and Sonny Rhodes, Ruthie Foster, Michael Burks and Bettye LaVette on Sunday. Thirty-foot domed tents will feature a climbing wall and surf boarding.
