Event Details:

St. Charles' largest festival will feature artisans and craftspeople from more than 20 states. Entertainment will include Carnival of the Mind, Autumn's Child, Sammy J Balloon Creations, Watching Judas and Palmer Mai, the Gateway Organ Grinder.
