The Tour of Missouri is the third largest professional bicycle race in the country. It is part of the UCI America Tour and the USA Cycling Professional Tour.

1. Monday, September 8th 90 mi Saint Joseph to Kansas City
2. Tuesday, September 9th 125 mi Clinton to Springfield
3. Wednesday, September 10th 18 mi Branson (Individual Time Trial)
4. Thursday, September 11th 105 mi Lebanon to Rolla
5. Friday, September 12th 100 mi St. James to Jefferson City
6. Saturday, September 13th 110 mi Hermann to St. Charles
7. Sunday, September 14th 75 mi St. Louis (Circuit)
Total Distance 623 mi
Course for the 2007 Tour:
* Day 1: Kansas City, road race, out-and-back course starting and ending in the Plaza
* Day 2: Clinton-Springfield, road race
* Day 3: Branson, individual time trial
* Day 4: Lebanon-Columbia, road race
* Day 5: Jefferson City-St. Charles, road race
* Day 6: St. Louis
