These recent openings offer fresh dining alternatives.

Dolcé Bistro/Ultra Lounge

This hip, new restaurant serves upscale Italitan lunches and dinners, and in the evening transitions into a plush lounge.  Meals are served until 8 p.m.; music and drinks continue in the lounge until 3 a.m., Thursday-Saturday.  On the menu: oyster shooters; linguini pescatore; créme brulee.  200 N.
