Fifth Annual Concierge Preferred Convention Already Set For April 25th, 2006

Concierge Preferred Convention & Tradeshow sponsored by the Chicago Hotel Concierge Association and the National Concierge Association, Chicago Chapter and Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants to be held on April 25th, 2006.

(CHICAGO, April 26, 2005)—   With the overwhelming successes of its first four efforts, Concierge Preferred Magazine today had announced it will host a fifth annual
Concierge Preferred Convention & Tradeshow sponsored by the Chicago Hotel Concierge Association and the National Concierge Association, Chicago Chapter and Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants to be held on April 25th, 2006.

The event will again be an opportunity for Chicago’s best restaurants, shops, attractions and entertainment venues to interact with the city’s concierge, meeting planner and hospitality community during a full day of education, information exchange and networking. The goal of the convention is to enhance the overall experience of Chicago’s visitors by strengthening the ties between the concierge community and visitor-oriented businesses.

This year’s Convention & Tradeshow, held today, sold out booth space and featured more than 120 interactive exhibits from over 200 of Chicago’s top businesses. The event drew more than 1,200 concierges and hospitality industry employees. “The event totally exceeded our expectations as it has for the last three years … so we are excited to begin planning the convention and tradeshow for next year,” said Concierge Preferred Publisher Tim O’Malley. “We hope the event will help to nurture a close-knit community of concierges, meeting planners and Chicago businesses for many years to come.”
