Norridge
Overview
Norridge, 15 miles northwest of the Loop, took its name by combining the surrounding Norwood Park Township and Park Ridge. It is located on the ridge separating the Chicago River Valley and the Des Plaines River Valley.
Shopping
Some shopping throughout the community, however, not a hot spot for tourists.
Dining/Nightlife
Even though Norridge only covers two square miles, there are numerous dining establishments. Steakhouses, Pizzerias, and American foods can all be found.
