Roscoe Village

Chicago | North Side

Overview

An area within the city with charming shops and eateries. It had its beginnings as the home of the Fox and Pottawotamie Indians, the Pottawotamie eventually taking over, way back when. The 1990s saw a great change when many older homes were rehabbed and new buildings were built. Homes also began selling around the $500,000 mark. Today, very few people can afford to live in this very popular neighborhood.

Shopping

There are many cute boutiques and shops around the area such as Isabella Fine Lingerie, The Denim Lounge, and WonderWalls.

Dining/Nightlife

Several places to eat and things to do in Roscoe Village. Check out the popular Beat Kitchen for live music and drinks late-night.

Culture & Attractions

The Low Down
