Macy's offers history and architecture tours every Saturday at 1:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day and during November and December, they have special holiday tours that run Saturday's at 11:00 a.m. 

All tours depart from the 7th floor Visitor's Center, and space is limited to 30 individuals. The tour covers the 9 selling floors and makes 25 different stops. Tours are offered in five different languages to accommodate visitors from all over the world.
