Sofitel's Bordeaux Wine Dinner as welcomes the hotel's new Executive Chef, Martial Noguier. Held in the private dining room of Cigale, this extraordinary five-course meal will feature vintages from one of the world’s greatest wine regions chosen by Luis Torres, Director of Wine Education Academy of Wine by Constellation, as well as the phenomenal culinary skills of Chef Noguier. As you indulge, know that others will benefit from your meal: $20 of the proceeds from each ticket will go towards the Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, adding a reminder of our responsibility to others during these difficult times.
