Bridget Albert, author of "Market-Fresh Mixology: Cocktails for Every Season" will sign copies of her book, while guests sample complimentary cocktails and view demonstrations. The book will be available for purchase.

Bridget Albert is master mixologist at Southern Wine and Spirits Illinois and Director of the Academy of Spirits and Fine Service, a program for bartenders that covers the history of spirits and pre-Prohibition cocktails. She has appeared on Iron Chef America and won first place at the "Tale of the Cocktail" Bar Chef Competition.
