The Chicago Tribune’s Bill Daley recently featured Spiaggia Sommelier, Steven Alexander’s unique method of learning about Italian wine. Steven will teach guests about Italy’s “Big 10” grapes and how to navigate an Italian wine list all accompanied by Spiaggia specialties by Chefs Tony Mantuano and Missy Robbins.
