This spot, which opened in 1985, was an early contender in the trattoria craze and they're still going strong. The menu here changes frequently, but mainstays include the tri-colored pasta stuffed with ricotta, ham and spinach with both tomato and four cheese sauces, mushroom ravioli with tomato cream sauce, and Dover sole in white wine lemon-caper sauce. The dining room features Roman columns, faux-finished walls and butcher paper-topped tables, plus there's a sidewalk cafe in the summer.
