This always-busy food court is located on the mezzanine level of Water Tower Place. Thirteen food kiosks offer hundreds of menu items, with everything from burgers to pizza to stir-fry to soups and wraps, and there's seating for 600. The one-stop payment system (diners are issued a "credit" card and pay the balance when exiting the food court) lets diners move from kiosk to kiosk without stopping to pay.
