More about Graham Elliot...
Short Description:
This contemporary-American restaurant, located in the River North gallery district inside a 19th century printing warehouse, has all the taste of an uppity resaurant, but none of the bitterness.
Full Details:
Chef Graham Elliot Bowels, named Best New Chef by Food and Wine magazine in 2004, creates culinary masterpieces full of love and flavor six days a week. The menu is petite, which allows for tastey perfectioin incessantly. Bowels' unusual combinations of ingredients puts his unique stamp on otherwise bland dishes. Like the confit duck leg, which is made with celery root slaw, maytag bleu cheese, home-made buffalo sauce and a budweiser froth. Also on the menu, you can find his honey lacquered Amish chicken, made with haricot vert slaw, fingerling potato salad, fried pickles and a bacon-ranch gravy. If you can save room for dessert, it's definitely worth the wait for their molten carrot cake, topped with cream cheese frosing and golden raisin marmalade. Dilish!
