The bin wine cafe is one of the few restaurants in Chicago to have a seperate afternoon menu on the weekends. The "Weekend Nosh" menu from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. has a soft-shell crab sandwich and mouth-watering crispy tempura beans. The mimosa, bloody mary, and cheese flights are not to be missed at the weekend nosh or at brunch. Some unexpected elements are thrown into the brunch menu such as a pulled pork and eggs burrito and huckleberry-ricotta pancakes, but they still taste incredible.
Finally, make sure to pair one of the divine desserts (like the bittersweet chocolate "pots au creme") with one of the succulent dessert wines.
