The architecturally beautiful South Shore Cultural Center is reason enough to have dinner at the Parrot Cage. The restaurant also has a menu stocked with decadent dishes and an interesting wine list. Although the restaurant is only open from Wednesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., the views of Lake Michigan and the quality food make the Parrot Cage a worthwhile eatery.
