Seasoned restauranteurs Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz proudly opened Perennial, a new American-bistro restaurant in Lincoln Park, across from Green City Market.
In the kitchen, Perennial benefits from experienced chefs Executive Chef Giuseppe Tentori and Chef de Cuisine Ryan Poli. Together they offer a simple, seasonal menu featuring creative and sophisticated presentations.
Currently Perennial is only open for dinner, but offers a variety of appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert options. To start the meal, try the "Smoked Sturgeon" with fingerling potato salad, confit sweet onions and lemon creme fraiche. If salad is the taste of choice, try the "Peekeytoe Crab Salad" which includes pickled cucumbers, avacado mousse and ginger oil. For your main course, sample the "Crispy Duck Breast" with duck confit croquettes, cauliflower, almonds and pickled raisin puree.
Perennial offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for a romantic evening on the town or a laid back night out with friends.
