The keys to Viaggio Executive Chef Anthony Risoli's delicious cuisine are simplicity and freshness. Risoli takes pride in not keeping any ingredients in Viaggio's freezer and in painstakingly crafting each dish at the time it is ordered. "I don't so much cut an eggplant unless I have an order for it first," Risoli says.
Viaggio Ristorante and Lounge is open six days a week: Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. (with dinner service from 5:00 p.m. - midnight) and Saturday 4:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. (with dinner service from 5:00 p.m. - midnight).
