Birch River Grill offers a Breakfast Bar ($12) that features a buffet of morning favorites. Buttermilk Pancakes ($7), Belgian Waffles ($8) and Crème Brulee French Toast ($7) are among the choices to start the day off right. Assorted Fresh Fruit ($8) and Cereal with Seasonal Berries ($3.50) are offered as lighter choices.
