Pleasant Home Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring Pleasant Home, the 1897 Prairie-style home designed by George W. Maher. The Foundation offers opportunities for the community to learn and explore different architectural styles of the 20th century. In addition, it seeks to document, interpret, and preserve important historical facets of Oak Park social and cultural life during the first quarter of the 20th century.
