Top organic chef Michael Altenberg--also of Bistro Campagne--has hit gold with this casual Italian offering. The thin, organic ingredient-filled flatbread pizzas here are the main attraction thanks to the woodfired oven that makes them perfect. Bar service is tended to with care: drinks are made patiently with bartenders muddling their own fresh ingredients. There are also interesting non-alcoholic drinks, like various juices and organic sodas, that are interesting as well. The salads here are as good as any you've had, but the sandwiches are skippable. They're good, not great.
